BattPit CANADA warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is valid only when the product is used under normal operating conditions and for its intended purpose.
What Is Covered
During the warranty period, BattPit CANADA will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund a product that is determined to be defective due to materials or workmanship.
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper installation
- Damage caused by incompatible devices, chargers, or power sources
- Products with altered, removed, or broken warranty seals
- Products that have been modified or repaired by unauthorized parties
Warranty Claims
To request warranty service, customers must provide valid proof of purchase (such as a Shopify order confirmation or payment receipt). All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval.
An approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before sending any product back to BattPit CANADA. Products returned without an RMA number may be refused.
Shipping Costs
Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning products for warranty evaluation. Replacement or repaired items will be shipped using a standard shipping method unless otherwise specified.
Limitation of Warranty
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by BattPit CANADA. All other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the extent permitted by law.
BattPit CANADA shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
