4. Taxes & Currency

Prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes (GST/HST/PST) will be charged based on the shipping destination within Canada.

BattPit CANADA is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees for shipments outside Canada.

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title pass to you once the product is handed over to the carrier.

BattPit CANADA reserves the right to terminate accounts, remove content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

BattPit CANADA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

In all cases, BattPit CANADA’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
