How do I place an order?

Placing an order on Battpit Canada is quick and straightforward. Browse our website to find the compatible battery, adapter, or accessory for your device, then add the item(s) to your cart. When you are ready, proceed to checkout at any time to complete your purchase securely through Shopify’s checkout system.

What is the checkout process?

Once all selected items are added to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout to review your order, enter your shipping and billing details, and submit payment. After checkout is completed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email, and your order will be prepared for shipment.

When will my order be shipped?

Battpit Canada strives to keep sufficient inventory for all listed products.

  • In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped the same business day or the next business day.
  • If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you by email with an estimated shipping timeframe, which is generally within two (2) weeks from the date of purchase.

Note: Orders placed after 3:00 PM (Pacific Time) may be processed on the next business day.

Can I make changes to my order?

Once an order is placed and payment is completed through Shopify checkout, changes cannot be made directly online. If you need to modify your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you before the order is packed or shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellations are only possible before the order has been packed or shipped.

  • If the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel it upon request.
  • If the order has already been packed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, the order must follow our Returns & Warranty Policy, and the customer is responsible for all applicable shipping costs.

How can I check the status of my order?

Registered customers

If you have an account on Battpit Canada, you can log in to view your order history and current order status.

Guest checkout

If you checked out as a guest, you can track your order using the order status link included in your order confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided by email and can be accessed through the order status page. Tracking links may redirect you to the carrier’s website (such as Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, FedEx, or other carriers).
