Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a refund or a one-to-one exchange within thirty (30) days from the order date. A valid proof of purchase (Shopify order confirmation or payment receipt) is required for all refund or exchange requests.

All warranty, refund, or exchange requests will not be processed if the customer cannot provide a valid order confirmation. It is the customer’s responsibility to retain all order records.

Products with broken or tampered warranty seals will void all warranties and returns where warranty or return would otherwise apply. BattPit CANADA reserves the right to charge a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee for returned items.

For all orders, original shipping fees are non-refundable. If the original order qualified for free shipping and the product is returned, the actual outbound shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount. If returned products or packaging are damaged or missing parts, the return may be refused.

For orders that are unclaimed or refused at the point of delivery, return shipping charges may apply. BattPit CANADA reserves the right to deduct these charges from any refund issued.

Please note: Free gifts and promotional giveaway items are not eligible for return or refund. This does not apply to discounted items purchased during promotions.

Return Process (RMA Required)

Please follow the three-step process below to return an order to BattPit CANADA. Returns sent without an approved RMA number may not be accepted.

Step 1 – Download & Complete the RMA Form

Download the RMA Request Form, complete all required fields, and ensure your order number and reason for return are clearly provided.

Step 2

Request an RMA by contacting our customer support team. Provide your order number and reason for return. You will be informed within the next business day whether your return qualifies under our warranty or exchange policy. If approved, an RMA number will be issued by email.

Step 3

After receiving your RMA number, please ship and insure the returned product, including a copy of your order confirmation. Ensure the product is securely packed to maintain warranty coverage.

If the product is not shipped within seven (7) days of RMA approval, the RMA number will become invalid. The return shipment must be prepaid and the RMA number must be clearly marked on the shipping label.

Step 4

Upon receipt, the returned item will be inspected to determine whether the product is defective. If a defect is confirmed, BattPit CANADA will notify you and may proceed with a replacement. If no defect is found, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the functional product back.
