What is your shipping policy?
All in-stock orders placed with BattPit CANADA are typically processed within one (1) business day, Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM (Pacific Time) may be processed on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
What shipping methods do you support?
BattPit CANADA uses Shopify’s real-time shipping rate system at checkout. Available shipping methods may include services provided by carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, or FedEx, depending on your location and order details.
Estimated delivery timeframes and shipping costs are displayed clearly at checkout before payment is completed. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Free Shipping
We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders with a subtotal of C$200 or more shipped within Canada.
Free shipping orders are delivered using standard ground shipping services and typically arrive within 3 to 9 business days after shipment.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are automatically calculated by Shopify based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method. You can view all available shipping options and their prices directly at checkout before submitting your payment.
Tracking & Insurance
All shipments include tracking information and are insured while in transit. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to you by email and can also be accessed through your order status page.
Rural & Remote Areas
Delivery to rural or remote areas may require additional transit time. In rare cases where extra shipping charges apply due to carrier surcharges, we will contact you for approval before proceeding with shipment.
Backorder Policy
If one or more items in your order are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you by email with an estimated availability date.
- If all items are expected to be restocked within a reasonable timeframe, your order will ship once all items are available.
- If you prefer to receive in-stock items first, please contact us. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Backordered items will remain on backorder unless you instruct us to cancel them.
